This week we’d like to share a case study we created for our automotive client, Shabana Motors.

(SMI) is a used car dealership in Houston with over 40 years in the ‘‘buy here pay here’’ market.  SMI had a strong brand recognition of it’s tagline ‘‘Get Shabanitized!’’ through its long partnership with local radio station 97.9 The Box.

We learned that at the core of SMI was the fact that for over 40 years they have helped Houstonians get their lives from park to get their ‘‘Lives on Drive ™.’’

The New Campaign ”Get your Life on Drive” with Shabana Motors was well received by

customers as well as employees. The new campaign aligned with our objectives:

  • Engage and connect with a multicultural audience that is reflective of Houston’s rich

    cultural diversity 

  • Protect SMI loyal customer base

  • Invite a more digitally dependent audience.   


Results:  

The number of phone calls increased by an average of 30% and the volume of messages

represents 25% of all engagements. Overall site traffic doubled on average over the previous

year.
